We try to use as many wholesome and organic ingredients as possible, as locally as possible - sometimes from our very own gardens. We use organic fair trade coffee, organic milk, and free range eggs. We promote the healthy nutritional, ecological, ecomonic, and spiritual benefits of a vegetarian diet that tastes as good as it looks. Many of our menu items can be adapted to be vegan and gluten free.

Our Summer 2008-'09 menu has this on offer so far:

BREAKFAST

Oven toasted muesli - with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
Sweet or Savoury toast or croissant
- thick cut toast or croissant with either cream cheese and jam, or avocado, pesto, and cream cheese.
French Toast
- served atop caramalized banana, berries, and creme fraiche.

Pancakes - with fresh fruit, berries, mango, chocolate sauce, yoghurt and maple syrup.
Scrambled Tofu - marinated organic tofu scrambled with cumin, black mustard seeds, and tumeric and served with spinach, roast potatoes, chutney, and toast (vegan).

Omelette - with parmesan cheese, sundried tomato pesto, and spinach.
Scrambled eggs - served on toast with butter, pan fried mushrooms, spinach, and chutney.

LUNCH

Potato wedges - organic spuds with a choice of sauces - great for the kids.
Toasted Sandwich
- classic cheese and tomato toastie, or any of the many other favourite ingredients like pineapple or onion.
Six inch sammie
- sandwich packed full of cheese, chutney, tomato, lettuce, capsicum, and whatever else takes your fancy.
Soup of the day - served with fresh bread and butter.
Indian style dhal - flavourful lentil and paneer dish served with rice and yoghurt.
Hearty Nachos
- red kidney beans in a thick tomato sauce on salsa chips with cheese and sour cream.
Tofu Burger - organic tofu slab with slices of roasted pumpkin, satay, aioli, and fresh greens in a foccacia bun.
We also have a range of cabinet food choices with fillings that are always changing by the inspiration including Lasagne, Filo pastries, Quiche, Samosa, Sushi, Greek Picnic Pie, Frittata, Pizza, Calzone, and daily Salad creations - perfect for those in a hurry, about to board a train and need it express.

COFFEE, ALTERNATIVES, AND BAKING

We've got your short blacks (espresso), long blacks, flat whites, cappaccino's, lattes etc. We also have fair trade organic hot chocolates, homemade chai, dandelion latte and a variety of different teas - black, red, green, and herbal. Our home made baking ranges from delicious truffles, bliss balls, indian sweets, muffins, cup cakes, to whole cakes whose slices are served with yoghurt or whipped cream. We have a vegan chocolate cake and a gluten free carrot cake that are amongst the treats that are well renowned.

JUICES

Liver lover - carrot, apple, celery, lemon, and beetroot.
Immune booster - apple, pear, lemon, ginger, cinnamon, and anise.
Green party - granny smith apples, celery, cucumber, spinach, and parsley.
Blaze of glory - orange, carrot, and ginger.
Minty momento - apples, grapefruuit, mint.
Fire
truck - tomato juice, worchester, tobasco, and lemon juice.
Big red
- tomato juice, carrot, and celery.
Saint Clements - orange, apple, and lemon.

ICE CREAM SMOOTHIES

Island Delight - mango, pineapple, coconut cream, and soy ice cream (Vegan).
Merry Berry - boysenberries, blueberries, raspberries, yoghurt, milk, and ice cream.
Maple Carob - banana, carob, maple syrup, cinnamon, milk, and ice cream.
Banana bomb - banana, linseed, sunflower, almond, cinnamon, soy milk, and soy ice cream (Vegan).
Nut house - banana, peanut butter, caramel, milk, ice cream.
Espresso Love - double-shot espresso, whipped cream, milk, ice cream.
Megachoc - chocolate, milk, ice cream, and chocolate.
Chocberry - mixed berries, chocolate, and milk.


FRUIT SMOOTHIES

Green demon - banana, apple, mango, pear, and spirilina.
Happy juice - apples, ice, and mixed berries.
Peachy keen - banana, apple, peach, and apricot.
#65 - apple, pear, and lychee.

YOGHURT SMOOTHIES

Blue velvet - blueberries, vanilla, and yoghurt.
Turkish delight
- mixed berries and rose syrup.
Taj Mahal
- mango and cardomon.

- banana, dates, and cinnamon.
